NEGOTIATIONS

The Successful Negotiator is a program that has been delivered for the past 12 years at several major Corporations including BP (AMOCO) and Motorola, throughout Asia, South America, Europe and Canada. Participants consistently leave each session motivated to use what they learned.

This program on negotiations breaks down the complexities of negotiation to a simple yet inclusive process and then addresses the verbal behaviors needed to effectively manage the climate and influence your negotiation party. Research of 25,000 negotiations relates quantifiable feedback regarding each participant's behaviors during the planning and negotiation of the case studies to the behaviors of successful negotiators.

The debriefs of the case studies and comparison of the negotiated outcomes enlighten the groups to the practical learning. The participants leave wanting to immediately use the process and behaviors.

This course is unlike any negotiations training we've ever facilitated because it is both research and behavior based.
