The Successful Negotiator is a program that has been

This program on negotiations breaks down the complexities
of negotiation to a simple yet inclusive process and then
addresses the verbal behaviors needed to effectively manage
the climate and influence your negotiation party. Research
of 25,000 negotiations relates quantifiable feedback regarding
each participant's behaviors during the planning and negotiation
of the case studies to the behaviors of successful negotiators.
The debriefs of the case studies and comparison of the
negotiated outcomes enlighten the groups to the practical
