PRINCIPLED POLITICKING
The Principled Politicking workshops purpose is to explore
and discover what it means to be political, how politics
impacts a corporate culture and what individuals can do
to identify, understand and respond to the political aspects
they encounter.
This program is designed to help one integrate effective
strategies with constancy of principles, so that in the
long run you can save time and build strength of relationship
and structure.
The objectives of this workshop are :
to identify principles and behaviors that support
good politics
To apply those principles within a structural plan
and campaign.
To develop and use strategies and techniques that
support reaching your objectives.
Benefits of developing a constancy of principle:
A constancy of principle first establishes trust
in what can be expected and what can be delivered.
Secondly, it promotes a confidence in decision-making,
supported by a set of criteria with parameters one cannot
go beyond. Thirdly, the value system in which one works
is often referred to as a culture. The priority of values
within your workplace will help you define how to do what
you need to do.
